‍Ramy brings over 20 years of commercial and strategic expertise in the energy sector across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He has led global commercial strategies, capital raising, M&A, and complex multi-billion-dollar deals integrating both public and private financing, giving him a unique ability to navigate the full energy value chain.

Charles Haworth, COO & CTO
‍Charles is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of leadership in renewable energy, technology and strategic operations across five continents. With experience spanning senior roles at CWP Global and GE, he combines deep technical expertise with a proven ability to scale innovative energy solutions worldwide.

‍Having worked together for a number of years in previous roles, Charles and Ramy combine trusted partnership with complementary skills and backgrounds that are shaping Modaso’s vision: to develop world class renewable projects, switching on Africa’s untapped renewable potential and powering growth.
